About the Role
As a Project Worker, you’ll provide enhanced housing management and personalised support to adults living in our accommodation. You’ll help clients develop the skills they need to maintain their licence, access opportunities, and move towards long‑term independence.
This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do
• Manage a caseload and deliver tailored support to each client
• Complete assessments, support plans, reviews, and accurate records
• Help clients access welfare benefits, education, training, and community activities
• Build strong relationships with health, welfare, and community agencies
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive engagement
• Represent TSC professionally at meetings, events, and partner forums
• Contribute to service quality, improvement, and team performance
• Participate in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults
• Understanding of homelessness and related challenges
• Knowledge of community support services
• Ability to build trusting, supportive relationships
Skills
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Accurate record‑keeping (digital and manual)
• Ability to prioritise and make decisions under pressure
• Flexible, organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Confident working with external agencies
