Summary
EP Tax is looking for a professional and organised individual to provide essential support across Business Administration and Reception duties. This is a key role within our accountancy firm, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
We are seeking someone with previous administrative experience who can confidently manage a busy workload and contribute positively to our team.
We are able to offer a full-time position, 30 hours per week between 0830-1700, flexible on hours of work.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records within our database and IT systems
- Reception duties including welcoming visitors and managing enquiries
- Handling incoming calls and arranging meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Organising, filing, and archiving documentation
- Data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Providing general administrative support to management as required
REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Professional telephone manner
Desirable:
- Experience within an accountancy or professional services environment
