Summary
Join Ceredigion County Council’s Flood and Water Management Team to support vital work under the Land Drainage Act 1991 and Flood and Water Management Act 2010, including Sustainable Drainage Approval Body (SAB) duties.
What you’ll do:
- Assist the team in managing flood risk and drainage projects
- Support SAB functions and statutory processes
- Help monitor, report on, and reduce flood risk to properties
- Ensure statutory deadlines and obligations are met
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in flood risk management, drainage, or related fields
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive, solution-focused, and committed to public service
