Be responsible for supporting administrative duties associated with the role of nursery SENCo
Maintain effective communication with outside agencies
Help create a joyful, supportive team environment
Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease

Follow best practice and keep your DBS certificate up to date
Speak up—whether it’s to celebrate great practice or raise a concern
