Job Duties:
As a Health Care Worker, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and eating
* Administering medication as prescribed by the healthcare team
* Monitoring and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, blood sugar, Pulse, Respiration, Weight Monitoring, Diet monitoring, Skin Checks) Using digital tools
* Supporting residents with mobility and transferring safely ♂️
* Providing emotional support and compassionate care❤️
* Maintaining accurate records of care and reporting any changes
* Supporting residents with specialised care needs such as dementia, autism ongoing mental health and any long term medical issues such as diabetes
* Following health and safety and infection control procedures ️
* Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
✅ Requirements:
* Caring, kind, and compassionate nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills ️
* Reliable, responsible, and professional attitude ✔️
* Willingness to undertake training and development
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
