We are looking for a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist setting in Norfolk.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one emotional and behavioural support
Support pupils with structured routines and interventions
Promote positive behaviour and social development
Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
Requirements:
Experience supporting SEMH needs desirable
Calm, patient and resilient personality
Strong communication skills
Commitment to safeguarding
