We are recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a Norfolk school.
Responsibilities:
Support individual pupils and small groups
Assist in implementing EHCP and support plans
Encourage independence and engagement
Provide emotional and academic support
Requirements:
Experience supporting SEN pupils preferred
Patient and empathetic approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Enhanced DBS required
