We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEMH Teacher to work within a specialist provision in Norfolk.
You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs to achieve both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
Implement trauma-informed and restorative approaches
Build strong relationships to support emotional growth
Track and monitor academic and behavioural progress
Requirements:
QTS required
SEMH or alternative provision experience desirable
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Resilient and nurturing approach
