We are recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Bristol from April 2026.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure students remain on task with pre-set work.
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
Manage classroom behaviour
Support students with their learning
Report back to teaching staff
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young people (desirable)
Strong behaviour management skills
Excellent communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
