Summary
Events, Trips & Marketing Administrator
Permanent, approximately 22 hours per week (with flexibility for the right candidate), SCP Points 5—8 (£25,583.28 to £26,823.74 per annum). Term time only, plus one week during the school holidays (40 weeks) - Starting salary based on SCP Point 5 for 22 hours per week will be approximately £13,390.40 per annumWe are looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Events, Trips & Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will support the Events, Trips & Marketing Manager in delivering a wide range of outward-facing school events, such as Open Evenings, Open Mornings, business and careers initiatives, and other high-profile meetings. This is a varied and rewarding position, responsible for ensuring that school trips, enrichment activities and extra-curricular programmes are well-planned and run smoothly. You will also play a key role in our media, communications and marketing work, so strong communication skills and experience using social media to create positive engagement are essential.
