We are seeking a highly organised and professional School Receptionist to join a busy school in Lambeth. This is a full-time, term-time only position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently communicate in both English and Spanish.
The school reception is a central hub of the school community. You will be the first point of contact for pupils, families and staff, so strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional manner are essential.
Key Details:
* Full time - 37.5 hours per week
* Term time only (school holidays off)
* Working hours: 08:00am - 16:00pm
* 30-minute lunch break
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a busy front reception area
* Communicating regularly with families, pupils and staff
* Responding to emails and handling general administrative tasks
* Using MS Office and school systems efficiently
* Handling confidential information with discretion
* Supporting the wider school team with organisational tasks
Requirements:
* Fluent Spanish speaker (essential)
* Strong written and spoken English
* Confident using MS Office and general IT systems
* Excellent organisational skills
* Professional, resilient and adaptable
* Ability to remain calm when dealing with challenging situations
* Strong work ethic and flexible approach
