- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and shipments
- Support meeting room bookings, schedules, and appointment coordination
- Keep reception and communal spaces tidy and presentable
- Provide general admin support including filing, data entry, and office organisation
- Prepare refreshments, meeting materials, and assist with onsite events
- Liaise with facilities and maintenance to resolve issues promptly

We’re looking for a Receptionist who brings professionalism, warmth, and strong organisational skills. You’ll ideally have:

- Previous Receptionist, Administrator, or Front of House experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organisational ability
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A professional, positive, and approachable manner
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Experience in a creative, corporate, or customer‑facing environment is a bonus but not essential.

What's On Offer?

- A dynamic, supportive working environment
- A chance to work with a world‑renowned brand in the arts and heritage sector
- Opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful work
- A workplace that champions diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities
- You’ll join a collaborative team that values innovation, precision, and creativity.

Ready to Apply? If you’re a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
