Summary
For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification: Leadership Lead and manage the pharmacy clinical services team, providing leadership and support, clinical supervision, quality service delivery and delivery of performance standards. Work with the Chief Pharmacist and Deputy Chief Pharmacist to develop the vision for clinical pharmacy services Member of the pharmacy leadership team and contribute to business development projects within the Trust including cost saving initiatives, liaising with the senior multidisciplinary teams within the Trust and external organisations. To provide a framework for the development and implementation of care closer to home and other new models of care. To support new models of working resulting in the further integration of pharmacists fully into multidisciplinary clinics across the Trust, aligned with the roll out of Non-Medical Prescribing. To create and embed new ways of working both within and outside of pharmacy following the implementation of the EPIC system. Support the pharmacy departments digital program to deliver large scale improvement projects and business as usual quality and safe systems Support the development of an extended weekend and bank holiday pharmacy service. To lead the pharmacy team providing a clinical pharmacy service on all sites, to include day to day oversight of operations, implementation of clear processes for allocating and managing the workforce and skill mix optimisation.
