Role Overview:

To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchens are maintained to an exceptional level and that all kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery,
glassware and pans are cleaned before, during, and after service times.

Key Responsibilities:

* To work in accordance with the weekly kitchen rota and cleaning schedule ensuring all tasks are carried out to the required
standard

* Leadership: To oversee team training and aiding in achieving kitchen standards and overall objectives
* Hygiene Standards: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations
