Summary
Accounts Team Administrator
Salary: £28,000 subject to experience
The company provides on-site and back to base service support for opticians throughout the UK, including several nationwide chains. Based on the Molly Millars Industrial Estate in Wokingham, the company is seeking to employ an Accounts Team Administrator.
They are seeking someone on a full-time basis (37.5 hours a week), Monday to Friday. Exact times are negotiable. The role is office based - Wokingham
The role will include:
• Processing of customer Invoices following completion of Field work.
• Processing of supplier Invoices.
• Administering customer Maintenance contracts.
• Credit Control – contacting customers re overdue invoices.
• Other Accounts team tasks – Employee expenses etc.
• Handling of incoming mail.
• Liaising with Field & Workshop Engineers to manage documentation as required.
• Liaising with Nationwide customers to process orders and manage accounts.
• Some vehicle fleet management & utilities management.
• Assisting across a range of day-to-day tasks as required.
Excellent organisational skills are essential, along with a professional telephone manner. The candidate must be IT literate, with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and with external suppliers & customers.
Some experience in an accounting environment and a good knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks would be advantageous but is not essential.
