Main Duties
This is a varied, non-patient-facing role providing essential back-office support across the division and Modality practices. You will manage and prioritise workloads, process documentation accurately within agreed timescales, and communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities include supporting meetings across practices (organisation, coordination, and minute taking), preparing and managing medical and insurance reports, tracking progress and payments, and supporting records management. You will also assist with safeguarding administration, patient registrations including GP2GP workflows, and call and recall processes such as test results, long-term condition management, childhood immunisations, and cytology.
Flexibility, initiative, and attention to detail are essential, as you will work as part of a wider team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard in line with policies, procedures, and service requirements.

In this role, you will develop valuable administrative and digital skills while contributing to improvements in systems, processes, and ways of working. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer and are committed to inclusive recruitment in line with the Equality Act 2010.
