This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and resilient individual to support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people

• Maintain safeguarding standards in line with policy

  
  

• Work collaboratively with the home’s permanent team

  
  

  About You

  • Experience in children’s residential care is desirable but not essential

    
    

  • Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory (salary dependent on experience and qualifications)

    
    

  • Strong communication, patience, and a caring attitude are essential

    
    

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
