Summary
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a Senior People Partner who will work closely with managers across all teams and our subsidiaries to deliver our people strategy and maintain RHP Group as an inclusive and inspiring place to work. You’ll focus on all aspects of the employee lifecycle by ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills in the right areas.
You’ll manage our people systems, maximising efficiency across our processes and administration. You’ll compile, analyse and present people metrics, dashboards and management information to drive informed business decisions.
You’ll manage a small administration team, ensuring a consistent and high quality service across the organisation. You’ll also lead projects to drive employee engagement and retention, including managing benefits, rewards and recognition activities, and ensure employee relations issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
You’ll have experience working at a senior HR generalist level in a fast paced environment, providing both strategic and operational advice to management at all levels. You’ll be confident working with systems and data, able to interpret complex information, identify trends and translate insights into practical service improvements.

In the role you’ll:
• Work with managers and leaders across all teams and our subsidiaries to deliver outstanding people practices
• Lead on the continuous development and optimisation of our people systems as well as maximising the efficiency from our processes and administration
• Make sure we pay people correctly and remain within our people budget
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters, ensuring a consistent approach across the organisation
• Ensure any employee relations issues are resolved quickly and effectively
• Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention including managing benefits, rewards, and recognition activities
• Ensure that people policies are fairly and effectively implemented at all times
• Compile, analyse and present people metrics, dashboards and management information so we can ensure compliance and use the data intelligently to drive better business performance
• Lead the administration team through regular one to ones, coaching and reviews to make sure we’re super easy to do business with for our employees and always thinking one step ahead of what our employees might need
• Work with the wider People, Learning and Wellbeing team to attract top talent and support future workforce planning needs
• Maintain our Glassdoor page so it promotes our employee focused activities
• Stay up to date with relevant employment laws and regulations to make sure we always remain compliant
• Act as a champion in various employee related groups
• Keep your ear to the ground to prevent issues from escalating
