We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the Head of Asset Intelligence across our Government accounts, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities.
This role plays a key part in coordinating and implementing the assimilation and analysis of SFG20 technical data across multiple systems.
Job Description
As Technical Coordinator, you’ll work with asset and maintenance data from Excel and multiple CAFM systems, ensuring it is accurate and meaningful.
Your analysis will generate clear evidence that supports informed decision‑making for ISS and the client.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in adhering to asset intelligence governance, frameworks, and methodology to ensure consistency.
Use data analytics to support asset decision-making activities.
Work with the wider asset team and FM teams to validate data and drive consistency.
Provide robust asset data and reporting to colleagues to inform business cases.
Produce reports, dashboards, and scenario models that support decision-making.
Analyse and interpret complicated asset and maintenance information.
Ensure documentation and information are accurate, organised, and up to date.
Apply lean principles where possible to enhance efficiency.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience with SFG20.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Data-focused with strong results orientation.
Consistently delivers high-quality work to deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Clear and effective communicator.
Self-motivated and quick to learn.
Comfortable navigating a variety of systems.
Confident using Copilot or similar AI tools for enhanced analysis.
Strong problem-solving capability.
