Kids Planet started as a family-run business in 2008, and while we’ve grown to become one of the UK’s largest childcare providers, we’ve kept that family feel. We are currently looking for a technical, data-driven Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of our paid search and social strategy.

This is the perfect role for a hands-on expert who wants to see the direct impact of their work on local communities and nursery occupancy.

The Role
You will be the architect and operator of our paid channels. With 270+ individual settings, the complexity here lies in local acquisition—ensuring each nursery has the right visibility at the right time.
• Paid Search: You’ll lead on Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, and YouTube). We need someone who can manage complex account structures, refine bidding strategies, and hunt for keyword opportunities.
• Paid Social: You’ll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Meta and Instagram campaigns. This includes testing creative hooks, audience segmenting, and working with our brand team to ensure our ads resonate with parents.
• Data & Attribution: We’re into insight. You’ll use GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpot to build dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers, translating raw data into clear actions for our stakeholders.
• Optimisation: You’ll own the testing roadmap. Whether it’s A/B testing landing pages or refining CPL (Cost Per Lead) targets, you’ll be constantly looking for the "marginal gains" that improve ROI.

What We’re Looking For
We need a specialist who understands the nuances of local lead generation. You should have:
• 5+ years of Paid Media experience: Either agency-side or in-house, with a heavy focus on Google Ads (including PMax and DSA).
• Analytical Rigour: You’re comfortable with Power BI, Looker Studio, and CRM integration (HubSpot).
• Local Strategy Expertise: You understand how to drive footfall/enquiries for physical locations, not just generic national traffic.
• Commercial Mindset: You can confidently explain performance to people who aren’t "digital natives" and show exactly how your budget is delivering value.
