Key Responsibilities
- Leading, managing, and developing a large kitchen brigade
- Designing and delivering innovative, seasonal menus featuring fresh and world-inspired cuisine
- Driving creativity across retail and hospitality offers, including live cooking concepts
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
- Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery
- Managing food costs, stock control, and budgets to achieve commercial targets
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver premium corporate hospitality and events
- Championing wellbeing-focused food initiatives aligned with client expectations
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within contract catering, corporate dining, or a quality-led hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of global cuisines, modern food trends, and street food concepts
- Demonstrable leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong commercial awareness and operational management capability
- Passion for high-quality food and exceptional customer experience
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough understanding of food safety and compliance standards
