Location: London, SE12AF
Rate of Pay: £46,000 to £51,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm + 1 or 2 evenings until 8pm,
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and oversee food preparation to the highest standard, reporting to the Executive Head Chef.
- Deliver exceptional dining and hospitality experiences across 40 meeting rooms and 4 event spaces.
- Oversee breakfast, lunch à la carte, hospitality events, and pre-booked private dining and dinners.
- Lead a team of 12 chefs (7 in the fine-dining restaurant and 5 in the hospitality kitchen).
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time to support smooth service.
- Manage stock and ensure ingredients are available for planned menus.
- Plan creative menus in line with client and customer expectations.
- Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety standards, including COSHH and Food Hygiene training compliance.
- Manage, support, and coach the kitchen team.
- Support a flagship site with a bespoke fine-dining restaurant and strong hospitality operation, working within agreed budgets.
