Summary
To support the Catering Department which provides high quality, safe and nutritious food for patients, staff and visitors. Specifically undertaking catering responsibilities as detailed in the Job Description following task schedules, method statements and procedures. The successful applicant will be required to cover other areas when needed. The ability to work effectively and flexibly, both alone and as part of a team, maintaining a high standard of work will be essential. Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment.
