Summary

Are you a Childcare Professional based in the BD11 area?

We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 2, Level 3, and experienced Unqualified Practitioners to join our specialist agency team. If you live in or around Birkenshaw, Drighlington, or Adwalton, we have immediate opportunities for you to work in some of the most respected nurseries in the district.

We aren't looking for "just anyone." We are looking for practitioners who take pride in their work and want the freedom of a flexible schedule without sacrificing the high pay you deserve.

Why Join Our BD11 Team?
We know that local childcare professionals value their time. That is why we focus on matching you with nurseries in your local area, minimizing your commute and maximizing your work-life balance.

Top-Tier Earnings: We believe in higher pay for higher quality.

Level 3 Qualified: £13.00 per hour

Level 2 Qualified: £12.50 per hour

Experienced Unqualified: £12.25 per hour

Weekly Financial Reward: No monthly waiting. We pay every single Friday.

Ultimate Flexibility: You are in control of your diary. Whether you want a full 40-hour week or just one "top-up" day to fit around family or study commitments, you tell us your availability.

Local to You: We have high demand for cover in the BD11 corridor, meaning you spend less time travelling and more time doing what you love.

What We Expect From You
To maintain our reputation with our partner nurseries, we have clear expectations for our temporary team:

Professional Experience: You must have at least 3 months of recent experience working in a private day nursery or preschool.

Note: Experience limited solely to primary schools or babysitting is not suitable for these specialist nursery roles.

The 7:00 AM Spark: You must be reachable and ready to accept bookings from 7:00 AM on the days you have listed as available.

Proactive Attitude: When you walk into a new nursery, you hit the ground running. You assist with messy play, engage with the children, help with snack times, and support the permanent team without needing to be asked twice.

Compliance & Safety: You must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to process one immediately). You should have a working knowledge of Safeguarding and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
