• Leading and evolving the school's inclusive vision school-wide
• Designing, implementing, and quality-assuring personalised support plans
• Liaising with families, external agencies, and local authority professionals
• Coaching, mentoring, and upskilling staff in inclusive practice
• Monitoring SEND provision, analysing pupil data, and reporting to SLT and governors
• Shaping policy, delivering impactful INSET, and raising SEND outcomes at every level
