Summary
We are currently seeking a HGV Trailer Technician on behalf of our Client, a market-leading transportation and logistics specialist based in the Manchester area.
The successful HGV Trailer Technician can expect a salary of up to £38,500 – £40,000 with OTE of circa £50,000 and working hours of Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available.

Duties:
- Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on HGV trailers
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements:
- Semi-trailer or heavy vehicle experience
- Industry-recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- IRTEC accreditation (desirable)
- EBS diagnostic experience and welding certification (advantageous)
- HGV Class 1 driving licence
- Experience with axle manufacturers, tail lifts or double deck/lifting deck trailers (beneficial)
