Summary

We're seeking a commercially minded, strategically focused Business Development Manager to join our Wymondham Emulsion Factory team in Norfolk. In this role, you'll act as the crucial link between production and sales, ensuring factory capability aligns seamlessly with market demand and commercial opportunity.



Location: Norfolk - travel to the office required with some remote working available

Hours: Permanent Fulltime 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive the growth and long-term sustainability of our Wymondham Emulsion Factory. You'll develop and deliver a clear business growth strategy, build strong client relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production capabilities align with emerging market opportunities.

Your day to day will include:

-Identifying and nurturing new market opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients

-Leading sales strategies and preparing tailored commercial proposals

-Collaborating with production teams to develop innovative product solutions

-Preparing business cases and investment appraisals with clear ROI analysis

-Building partnerships across the business to maximise internal and external opportunities



What are we looking for?

This role of Business Development Manager is ideal if you have:

-A talent for spotting commercial opportunities and developing growth strategies

-Experience developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets

-Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-High level of organisational capability and ability to manage multiple priorities
