Summary

Deputy Nursery Manager – Supernumerary Position – Up to £38,000

Small class sizes and newly refurbished rooms shape the day-to-day experience at this Good Ofsted-rated nursery.

We are looking for a strong Deputy Nursery Manager to join our client’s management team, helping to continue the fantastic work already underway. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a deputy role and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

Before You Apply

  • Recent experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager in a nursery setting is required.
  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
  • You must be confident leading a team and overseeing safeguarding and compliance.

What You’ll Need

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager
  • Strong working knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements

  • Support the Nursery Manager with overall day-to-day operations

  • Step into operational leadership in the Manager’s absence
