Summary

I am seeking a highly capable Senior Personal Assistant 35 hours per week, to provide structured operational support to the Head of Household in a remote and minimally hybrid position.

This role requires strong forward planning, disciplined organisational control and the ability to manage sustained complexity with precision. You will maintain oversight across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met, systems remain stable and operational pressure is contained.

You must listen carefully to direction, present considered options where appropriate, and execute decisions efficiently and without friction. A core function of the role is to protect time, reduce administrative and cognitive load, and maintain operational clarity.

Oversight includes calendar management, email coordination, education processes, legal administration, direct payments, staffing coordination and household systems.

This is a professional support position operating within clear leadership boundaries. Strategic input is welcomed; final authority sits with the Head of Household.

**Duties**


* Maintain full control of the Head of Household and wider households calendar, structuring meetings, commitments and deadlines


* Provide daily prompting and task sequencing to ensure priorities are executed


* Prepare meeting agendas, documentation and structured follow-up


* Protect time by filtering requests and managing commitments strategically


* Maintain organised digital filing and documentation systems


* Track all workstreams, deadlines and compliance timelines


* Prepare structured document bundles and formal correspondence


* Maintain task trackers and accountability systems


* Coordinate communication with professionals and service providers


* Support direct payment administration, payroll liaison and staffing coordination


* Refine and strengthen operational systems


* Monitor budgets where required


* Anticipate pressure points and proactively stabilise workflow

References are required as well as an enhanced DBS as there are children in the home. ( we can organise the DBS for you if yours is less than 12 months old ) Must have the right to work in the UK and provide ID and proof of your visa status.
