Your Role – Making Every Day Meaningful
As our Activities Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind a diverse and engaging calendar of events. From arts and crafts, music sessions, and fitness classes to film screenings, quizzes, pamper days, and community outings, you’ll create experiences that cater to a wide range of interests and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver a varied programme of daily activities tailored to residents’ preferences and needs
Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and social interaction
Collaborate with care staff and families to ensure activities are meaningful and person-centred
Support occasional events and outings outside of regular working hours
What We’re Looking For
Creative & Organised: Able to design and manage engaging activity schedules
People-Centred: Skilled at building rapport and adapting to individual needs
Positive & Passionate: Brings energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every interaction
Flexible & Supportive: Willing to assist with events beyond standard hours when needed
Experience in Care (Desirable): Previous work with older adults or in a care setting is advantageous
