£14.27 per hour
33 and 44 hour contracts available according to preference
Shifts: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (3 or 4 shifts per week on a rolling rota according to preference)

As a Night Time Care Practitioner, your responsibilities may include:
Supporting residents with nighttime routines, including personal care, hygiene, and settling into bed.
Conducting regular safety and wellbeing checks throughout the night.
Assisting with repositioning and mobility needs to ensure comfort and prevent health issues.
Monitoring health conditions and promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
Preparing the home for the next day, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents who may need it during the night.
Accurately documenting care activities and observations.
Collaborating with the day team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in residents' lives. Ideally, you’ll bring:
A warm and empathetic nature with a passion for caregiving.
Experience in health and social care is beneficial but not essential – we provide full training.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team, especially during quiet nighttime hours.
Excellent observation and communication skills to address residents’ needs promptly.
Reliability and flexibility to adapt to the demands of night shifts.
