Job Title: Recruitment Administrator - Central
Location: Bolton Office | Hybrid (2 days per week)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Salary: £16,179.240 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Assistant to join our Central Recruitment Team. This is a fast-paced and varied role supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are accurately set up, effectively advertised, and smoothly managed through to offer stage.
You will act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, delivering a professional and efficient recruitment experience while maintaining compliance and data accuracy across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up vacancies from approved requisitions or directly from hiring managers, including amending, refreshing, and closing roles as required.
Posting and managing adverts across platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed, ensuring all adverts are clear, accurate, and high quality.
Managing applications within REACH, progressing candidates through stages, transferring between vacancies, and preparing manager forms for HR contract processing.
Coordinating and confirming interviews, setting up interview slots, and issuing interview and candidate packs.
Liaising with candidates to gather additional information, arrange interviews, communicate offers or rejections, and provide updates throughout the process.
Supporting hiring managers with interview coordination, system guidance, and document collection.
Managing the recruitment phone line and central inbox.
Conducting references and verification checks to support compliance.
Coordinating HOGAN and ERA assessments, ensuring they are issued, returned, and distributed appropriately.
Producing weekly recruitment reports and supporting with presentations and benchmarking documents.
Liaising with internal teams to track onboarding progress, including equipment and candidate status.
Engaging third-party agencies where additional sourcing support is required.
Experience, Skills & Qualification
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
Motivated to develop within recruitment or HR.
Experience using CRM/ATS systems is desirable but not essential.
