- Deliver engaging PE lessons following provided plans
- Lead practical sports sessions safely indoors and outdoors
- Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and positive attitudes to sport
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Support participation and confidence across mixed‑ability groups
- Encourage resilience, cooperation, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Contribute to extracurricular sports activities when required
- Assess and record pupil progress as needed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education and sports science
- Confident leading practical lessons in varied environments
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- Able to motivate and inspire students of mixed abilities
- Adaptable across different year groups and school environments
- Positive, organised, and committed to high‑quality teaching
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
