Main duties include:
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality mobile devices and accessories while controlling expenses and reducing potential risks.
• Perform market analysis to identify reliable vendors, negotiate agreements, and obtain competitive pricing aligned with company objectives.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to maximise value for the company.
• Collaborate with customer sales representatives to understand inventory needs, place orders, and track deliveries to ensure the timely availability of products.
• Assess and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, including market fluctuations and supplier reliability.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
• Proven track record in team leadership, demonstrating strong managerial and motivational skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and standards.
