About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Asset Manager to join our dynamic Asset Management Team.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Housing Improvement and Capital Works projects, whilst gaining hands-on experience across a variety of surveying and property management activities.
As a career graded position, you will be supported within a clear development framework, with training designed to help you progress and ultimately achieve a Level 4 qualification. This makes the role ideal for someone looking to grow their expertise and build a long-term career in asset management.

What You Will Bring

• A practical understanding of repairs, project management and planned maintenance processes, and the standards required.
• Knowledge of building and construction projects, installations, and planning/building control requirements.
• Awareness of current Building Regulations, related legislation, Decent Homes standards and health & safety (including CDM).
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Housing Management Systems.
• A full UK driving licence and continuous access to a car.
