Summary
To provide administrative support to the Nursing & Quality Senior teams in the delivery of a professional, comprehensive and efficient administrative service that promotes excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, working with a diverse portfolio of tasks in the delivery of various projects. The post holder will be expected to work independently using their own initiative with minimal direct supervision.
To contribute to the collection and monitoring of accurate and meaningful project information, producing regular reports, meeting minute taking, arranging meetings, ordering supplies.
Attention to detail is key skill as is a willingness to learn.

We are inviting applications for an Admin Assistant to support the Nursing & Quality Senior Team. In this role, you will coordinate activities to ensure an efficient and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support
Manage electronic diaries and arrange meetings
Take minutes and raise orders
Collect and report data
Requirements:
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills with staff, service users, and carers
Proficient in Microsoft Office
