Summary
Labourers – Long Ashton (Somerset) – Mando Solutions
Location: Long Ashton, Somerset
Pay: £16.00 - £18.00 p/h depending on experience and qualifications
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)
Contract: 3–6 months initially, with potential for long‑term work
Start Dates: Multiple starts available

We are seeking reliable Labourers to support civils, and infrastructure works in the Long Ashton area. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady work with a respected labour provider.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with general site duties
• Support groundworkers and plant teams
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site briefings
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams
Requirements
• CSCS card (essential)
• Previous site experience preferred
• Strong awareness of health & safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
