Summary
Groundworker Gangs – Long Ashton (Somerset) – Mando Solutions
Location: Long Ashton, Somerset
Pay: £19.00 - £21.00 depending on experience and qualifications
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)
Contract: 3–6 months initially, with strong long term potential
Start Dates: Multiple starts available over the coming weeks

The Opportunity
We are recruiting experienced Groundworker Gangs to support a series of upcoming civils and infrastructure schemes in the Long Ashton area. These roles are ideal for reliable, safety focused teams looking for consistent work with a respected labour supply partner.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high quality groundworks across civils projects
• Work collaboratively as part of a coordinated gang
• Follow site instructions and support day to day operations
• Maintain full compliance with H&S standards, RAMS and site controls
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on time and to specification
Requirements
• Proven experience in groundworks, civils or infrastructure
• Proven experience with drainage
• CSCS essential
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills
