- Coordinate the planning and scheduling of all examinations, including timetabling, venue allocation, and resource management
- Liaise with examination boards and awarding bodies to ensure compliance with their policies and procedures
- Oversee the distribution, storage, and secure handling of examination materials
- Manage the invigilation process, including the recruitment, training, and deployment of invigilators
- Provide support and guidance to students and staff throughout the examination period
- Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports on examination activities
- Assist with the analysis of examination data and the production of performance reports
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Exams Officer or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
