Summary

This full-time, office-based role combines recruitment, office management, and HR process management, with a strong focus on proactive talent acquisition, consistent process application, and day-to-day staff monitoring in a target-driven environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery and Head of Operations, the apprentice will play a key role in supporting office growth and business performance.

The successful candidate will lead the recruitment of Business Development Executives to support client expectations and expansion targets. This will involve high volumes of outbound calls, executing recruitment campaigns to attract sales-driven talent, understanding monthly hiring requirements aligned with business growth, and exploring additional recruitment avenues such as job fairs. The role will also include supporting onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed, and maintaining accurate records within PeopleHR across UK, remote, and overseas recruitment activity.

In addition, the apprentice will contribute to office expansion and revenue growth by aligning recruitment with business development goals and monitoring market trends to identify high-growth opportunities. The role involves motivating new and existing staff to achieve performance targets, supporting KPI and incentive structures, fostering accountability and continuous improvement, and helping to attract and retain high-performing team members.

The apprentice will act as an ambassador for Inside Global, ensuring excellent candidate and client experiences from the first interaction. Responsibilities also include liaising with apprenticeship providers to monitor internal learners’ progress, tracking holiday and sickness through PeopleHR, notifying relevant departments of staffing changes, supporting workforce planning, ensuring compliance with recruitment regulations, and tracking activity and performance metrics to measure success.

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 HR support apprenticeship standard, which includes:
• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship standard
• Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
