Established in 1898, making us the oldest school of our kind, we have been committed improving health for over 127 years.We are recruiting a highly organised HR Coordinator to join our busy HR department in Liverpool, where you will provide support to a number of teams, with primary focus on the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, alongside providing administrative support to the Global HR Director. This post will focus heavily on L&D based activities and project-based work, as opposed to a typical transactional HR role, providing the opportunity to have involvement across the HR department.Key Responsibilities include:Maintenance of Learning Management System, including course creation, promotion and delegate managementSupport organisation of HR/Learning events including publicity, room bookings, refreshments, room layout, resource preparation etcManaging post event evaluation processes (including reports and analysis)Acting as a point of contact for queriesAdministrative and coordination support to annual Progression and Development processes e.g. appraisals, promotions etc. Provide operational support to Global HR Director in day-to-day management of HR department, including budget reporting etcMaintain annual and quarterly departmental calendar, monitoring and reporting deadlines and actions against business plansCoordination and collation of monthly and quarterly reports, including updating KPIsThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience a working in a fast-paced and high-volume commercial office environmentStrong numeracy and data analysis skillsExperience of effectively managing multiple administration activities simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracyExperience of working in a confidential environmentExperience in Microsoft office applicationsExperience using a Learning Management System (or similar system) Experience of using systems to store and retrieve data(For a full list of essential and desirable criteria please refer to the job description and person specification)Additional benefits of joining LSTM:30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, plus Christmas closure daysGenerous occupational pension schemesGovernment backed “cycle to work” scheme.Affiliated, discounted staff membership to the University of Liverpool Sports CentreA range of additional family friendly policiesApplication Process: To apply for the position please follow the apply link and upload your CV and covering letter.Due to the volume of applications, we receive, we may close our vacancies early.
