Summary
Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent , Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Stoke on Trent ST1 9JS area.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, working 12.5 hours per week, between the hours of 15:15-15:45 each day at £13 per hour. This is a 43 working week year.
This is a hands-on cleaning Supervisor position, so cleaning experience is preferred however not essential.
You will be working as part of a team in an educational environment.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers, and your surroundings.
You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to your Manager in a timely manner
• Follow all COSHH, H&S & Colour Coding
• Daily rectifications of any faults
• Cleaning a mix of area's thoroughly, including Toilets
• Supervise other employees work
• Guide others through their shift & offer productive feedback where required
• Keep in contact with the Manager, to order stock & report any issues on of faults
