What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions across Key Stages
• Supporting numeracy, literacy, and core subjects—raising core attainment
• Monitoring and tracking individual student progress, celebrating improvement
• Collaborating with SEN and pastoral teams to remove learning barriers
• Innovating fresh mentoring strategies to ignite student motivation
• Facilitating workshops and revision clubs before/after school
• Acting as an academic role model and high-impact support figure
