Up to £125 per day | Long Term Role (Temp to Perm)

Long Term Futures are recruiting a committed Secondary Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Enfield, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

This role involves working closely with teaching staff and the SEN department to support students with a range of additional learning, behavioural and pastoral needs. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in education or SEN.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class and small-group support across KS3 and KS4
- Support students with additional learning, SEN or behavioural needs
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive and focused learning environment
- Build strong relationships that support engagement and progress
- Work collaboratively with SEN staff, pastoral teams and subject teachers

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working in a secondary school environment (desirable)
- A patient, proactive and adaptable approach
- Confidence supporting young people with varying needs
- Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Background in SEN, youth work, mentoring or education (desirable)
