Summary
To be responsible for the promotion of high quality environmental service standards throughout the district by:-
The enforcement of controls relating to waste, litter, dogs, fly tipping and abandoned vehicles.
The education and advice to the general public and proprietors/managers of local businesses.
To act as an authorised officer for statutory stray dog functions and related activities.
To effectively resolve complaints and offer appropriate advice through dynamic partnership problem solving offering education advice and enforcement.
