If you’re confident working towards targets, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.The Role: Recruitment ConsultantAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own desk and be responsible for:Developing new business and selling recruitment servicesBuilding relationships with schools and understanding their hiring needsVisiting clients and attending networking eventsSourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidatesManaging your candidate pool and databaseMeeting agreed KPIs and targetsWorking with sales and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboardingWhat We’re Looking ForIf you’re driven by results and enjoy working in a buzzing, target-led role, you’ll thrive here.
