ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of activating menu collateral across our F&B suite—ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our brand standards and enhances the guest experience. Alongside this, you'll support broader multi‑channel marketing initiatives designed to improve both the on‑village and pre‑arrival journeys for Center Parcs guests.

This role sits at the heart of internal guest marketing. You'll contribute to on‑village brand activation's, digital communications, and content strategies that inspire and inform our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the activation and delivery of menu collateral across the F&B suite.
  • Support multi‑channel marketing campaigns that enhance guest communications before and during their break.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including CRM, social media, Digital, and PR to create cohesive and impactful content.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Operations, and Village teams to ensure brand consistency and drive commercial performance.
  • Assist in developing on‑village brand activations and digital content that enriches the guest experience.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and brand alignment across all marketing outputs.

ABOUT YOU

  • A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable handling multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective marketing.

Why Join Us?

At Center Parcs, you'll be part of a supportive team where your creativity and ideas are valued. You'll have the opportunity to work in a unique environment, contribute to memorable guest experiences, and help shape one of the most recognisable leisure brands in the UK and Ireland.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest end time is 7pm.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days homeworking. This role will also require occasional business travel to our village locations throughout the UK and Ireland and some overnight stays.
