Summary
Are you an experienced tutor, academic mentor or learning support professional looking for your next opportunity?
We are currently seeking dedicated Tutors to provide high‑quality support to students across a range of subjects and needs, including both mainstream and SEND learners.
Whether you’ve worked in schools, delivered private tuition, supported 1:1 learning, or run small group sessions, we want to hear from you.
The ideal Tutor will have:
• Experience delivering 1:1 or small‑group support
• Confidence adapting learning to suit different abilities
• A patient, encouraging and engaging approach
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience supporting SEND learners (desirable but not essential)
• A commitment to helping students grow academically and personally
Formal qualifications are beneficial but not required — experience and the right approach matter most.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing tailored support to meet students’ individual needs
• Delivering sessions in core subjects or specific intervention areas
• Supporting students with SEND where required
• Helping learners build confidence, independence and study skills
• Working collaboratively with school staff and parents
• Creating a positive, supportive learning environment
• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to support you through the easy onboarding process
