Summary
She/he will support and champion the integration of clinical research across all areas of the Trust, supporting delivery teams, R&D, RDN and academic researchers to ensure all patients have access to research within the clinical area they are visiting. She/he will promote connections and joint working between NMAHP research delivery teams, direct care teams and health professionals across the Trust with academic researchers, R&D, the Joint Research Office (JRO), the RDN and the wider NIHR community both locally and nationally. She/he will work alongside Divisional nurses and Divisional Leads for NMAHP research and innovation, to support the continuous improvement of services and facilities for NMAHP staff and patients partaking in clinical research. This will support evidence for the CQC well-led framework which measures how clinical research is used as an opportunity for good patient care.
