Summary

This post represents an exciting opportunity for a motivated team member to join a team of staff in Keele University’s School of Life Science/Faculty of Natural Science.

The post holder will carry out surface modification of implant catheters using antimicrobial peptides and characterization; test in vitro antibiofilm activity of the modified catheters and biocompatibility/robustness of the modified catheters.

You will have experience and qualifications: Master-level qualifications, including Biomedical engineering, Biomaterials, or Biochemistry or Microbiology, or equivalent knowledge and professional work experience.
